Processed Meats Increases Risk of Coronary Heart Disease and Diabetes rather than Red Meat

A recent study by Dr. Renata Macha from Harvard School of Public Health shows that eating processed meat, rather than red meat, inceases the risk of CHD and diabetes. Although this shows that that red meat does not increase the risk of these diseases, this is not an excuse to consume more red meat.
